Floor Plans in 3D perspective - 8 hotel rooms

These are very standard hotel room floor plans. You may already have the design made and simply need to make minor modifications to the layout and colors. Need to update old floor plans with new 3D style floor plan design. I have a series of 8 simple floor plans for a hotel. They are all rather similar. The 2 larger rooms are a combination of the smaller rooms (interconnecting rooms), so in reality there are 6 distinct floor plans. #7 and #8 are a combination of Floor Plans #1, #2, #3. MEASUREMENTS ------------------- I do NOT have the room measurements, but if you need them, I can get them. I was thinking you can simply trace the existing floor plans as they are to scale. Let me know if you prefer the measurements. However this will stall the project for almost 15 days. STYLE ------------------- See the attached 3D design. This is the style I am looking for. The 3D picture is not an actual room at the hotel. LAYOUTS ------------------- See attached original hand-drawn floor plans from the late 1980s. These are the actual rooms. 1. Hotel Suite 2. Junior Suite 3. Senior Suite 4. Master Suite 5. Pent House (2 stories) 6. Royal Suite (2 stories) 7. Family Suite 8. Flexivilla COLORS ------------------- I have included some sample pictures of the following colors and materials. Sand marble floor (not glossy) Sand marble shower floor and walls (not glossy) Blue curtains Turquoise bedspread Wood doors and closets Electronic locks (stainless steel) lamps (stainless steel) Sofa - Tan color leather Walls are white The RED microwave and refrigerator are actually now Stainless Steel. Don't use color red.
