Generate sliced 3d objects from road network data obtained from OSM

I need your help in creating a solution for the following problem. You need to import OSM road network data in grasshopper, and use data on width, road-type (road, bridge), and level (1,2,3) to produce road network 3d model. You will also need to slice the resulting model into multiple elements, and programmatically record those objects (preferably in gltf format) as well as data about coordinates of each object. The resulting 3d road models should account for bridges and intersections and look as close to real road network as possible. Heavy 3d models are not desirable. Rather, you should use textures to make 3d model look like roads. This process should be reproducible to allow for updates in OSM data. I have attached a sample OSM road network data.
