I'm a mechanical engineer - specialized in the industrial robotic field, 3D designer and modeler (from time to time and some projects I could make the functional prototype too). I'm doing product design, industrial design, reverse engineering, ideation, etc. I have over 15 years experience working on various systems/devices across multiple industries, from concept to launch. 1 - do you have the drawings/sketches and dimensions? 2 - what type of acryl you want to use (crystal/matte, deep pouring/soft hardening, clear or insertion) 3 - you know that the acryl (depends on its type) should be molded with an oversize to allow polishing (well is not quite so important as you don't need high precision) 4 - also, depending on the acryl type, it tends to bend when pulled over the mold... 5 - if your design(s) are made in few parts, the connectors should be inserted into the mold (it is also possible to insert after, but will spoil the visuals...)
