I am in need of a 3ds Max model to be made for a building I have designed. Cad floor plans and a very basic sketch up model (to show the overall form) can be provided. I am simply after the model, materials do not need to be added.

Most of the window and door components will be the same throughout the model, so they can be created as instances and used over again throughout the model.

I will not be doing interior renders so internal walls will not be required, I simply need the external form and internal floor slabs to be modelled to a good level of detail.
