Build Twitter Account and Conduct Market Research

I am looking for someone to manage and build a brand new twitter account with little to no supervision other than the following directions:

Tweet with a mix of links, quotes and photos of general interest a minimum of 1 tweet every 3 hours. No RTs of other accounts.

Manually follow people/companies that follow accounts like @Groupon and other daily deal and coupon websites and apps. **Do NOT use a bot or script for this!**

Accounts followed must be real accounts (no fakes), speak English, no egg profile images and active within the last 30 days. You may NOT buy followers!!!

Accounts not following back within 4 days should be unfollowed.

Unfollow all unfollowers.

Simple responses to mentions and acknowledge retweets.

Send a DM to every follower within 5 to 24 hours of them following with this message:

"Thanks for following back {insert username}. Can you help me with three very easy questions? Have you ever used a last-minute discount website or app? Which one? In which city would you be most interested in finding discounts from various businesses with open or unsold reservations, tickets and entertainment opportunities? Thanks! We're trying to build something great and really value your input."

Thank everyone again who replies via direct message.

Compile all answers in a simple 4 column Excel spreadsheet: "Username", "Prior Use", "Site/App" and "Location" This file needs to be sent to me every Friday or upon closing this job.

Use of automated and professional social media tools, like Hootsuite, ManageFlitter, Social Oomph, etc., is absolutely fine in order to save time scheduling tweets, replying to mentions and sending DMs as long as accounts are followed manually, Twitter's TOS is not violated and our account does not get suspended.

Our Twitter account represents a new mobile app currently in development focused on offering highly targeted last-minute local deals.

I am open to any other suggestions, actions and white hat techniques for initially building our Twitter following (with real users) as well. I will share the Twitter account's username and login with the successful bidder.

This is an ongoing project that may last 3 months or more if the service provider is doing a satisfactory job and is able to work independently. Your work will be reviewed weekly.
