Animation for Mobile App Tutorial -- 2

We have a mobile App – Ashutosh MF. Need to make app advertisement video and app tutorial video. The idea is to explain in hindi and English in professional written script on how to use the app and how easy it is. (Use Android App for tutorial)

VO & Script is already completed. Animation & Screen recording part is what i am looking to get done. Script and VO are ready with me, can be given on request to check and assess. Also, go through the entire project and rough videos for better understanding.

For achieving this we need to make a longer video with HUMAN voice over.

Idea of longer video is :

1. One full tutorial videos – Length of video is dependent – as per my rough recording its around 20-28 mins– but all features has to be convered - (This is the major part where all features and everything will be done). VO is recorded of approx. 28 mins.

The Full video is

i. Company Intro with animation characters and company logo animation with voice over of company intro

ii. Downloading the App and installing as app walk over

iii. Sign up Process (with snapshot of email as well) as app walk over

iv. Video KYC Process which is part of Signup Process

v. All features as app walkover with proper animations of the video and changing the names of the app screen in order to protect privacy + Closing remarks with contact details of company ( I have explained mostr of them in rough video in the link we have give – but may have missed a few.

2. Shorter Videos – 5-6 videos - Which will be on specific videos extracted from above longer video. So this is just the editing job and not the making of new video.

3. 3 teasers of 30 secs each to advertise videos – 2 teasers will be using same clips / part of animations etc with extract of other teaser and long video voice over + 1 teaser will be fresh with complete fresh voice over. This has to be used to advertise the app on different platforms.

For the rough understanding of features:

Clarify in case you have more questions. Though the video i have done is longer - it can be cut short if scripted and cut properly as i have stuck at a few places while doing it.

Attached is the link wherein i have tried to create a feature highlight. We dont need animation to be done, screen recorder can be used and then further you need to animate area like highlighting / enlarging the area/s which you speak about and all. Animation Required for certain areas like company introduction.

Following needs to be done by the appointed person

1. Script (Properly written - Proper Script has to be written, My lecture in rough video is just a brief., Proper script to be written to make it sound engaging and professional – like adding proper company description and logos with animation) – Script & VO is already ready, attached as file.

2. Basic theme (Professional theme has to be put in so the presentation looks good)

3. Illustrated storyboard (Wherever required during the video to give a large impact)

4. Both voice over (Indian English & hindi – Good artist) - Hindi (Not pure but to be understood in our Hindi land type) & English (Indian Accent English) - Script & VO is already ready, attached as file. Have 3 day window for the VO artist to revise to need quick 1 day delivery by 6th Nov 11 PM.

5. Animation of characters and logo like in company intro and closing remarks.

6. SFX

7. Royaltyfree background music

8. Where mobile screen recording is being used – have to take care to animate specific areas. So it sync with voice over and user get to know where to focus attention on.

9. Revisions as per requirement as the script and presentation has to be engaging.
