Importing bookmarks (XCode Cocoa Object C Project)

I am working on a project, below is old source code of the project.

I would like to have the ability for users to import bookmarks from safari (bookmarks bar, normal bookmarks and topsites) and firefox bookmarks into the bookmarks of this browser.

I have been quote $100 dollars for this, however unfortunately the developer is seriously ill in hospital.

I understand where the bookmarks at located, i'm just unsure how to import them into the array controller.

Please take a look at the source code and make sure you can do this before accepting.

Will need the source code resubmitted with the new code within it.
Must be done using XCode 3.2.x NOT in XCode 4.
