.Net application using SendMessage to send MouseClicks to another desktop application

Targeting a vb.net program that asks for two inputs on its form: a) Title : Window-Title of the program in which it should send the click to b) Coordinates : Coordinates where to click, relative to the upper left corner of the targeted program A button should then start the execution and perform a click in the specified window a) on specified coordinates b). Solution is supposed to use SendMessage API as it ensures sychronous execution. It sould not be necessary to place the cursor as an background messaging is intended. If solution needs to be run as administrator that would be okay. Solution should e.g. be able to send click to BlueStacks application to start Google Play Store app (see attached picture) Deliverable: vb.net project folder with working solution.

Hello I have over 17 years of experience with Windows Desktop Application development, and I remember I did something similar in the past, maybe with different programming language, not VB.NET. But it should be easy to convert that solution to VB.NET
