You will use our WP site design psd &/or code to design skin and customize vBulletin layout to make it look simple and clean.
Then install vBulletin and integrate with WP site.
You will set up a VIP section in the FORUM, and ensure users can selectively access regular or VIP section from WP site. VIP section of skin must have a different look, for users to differentiate.
Once skin design is approved, you will upload and integrate and test skin for complete functionality.
