The concept is my personal experience at the Route 91 Harvest shooting in Las Vegas, on Oct. 1st of 2017. (If you haven’t heard about this event, YouTube it)
I worked the concert where the massacre happened and I had a young girl die in my car on the way to the hospital. I wrote a song about it and recreated the entire experience for the music video. We shot the whole video in POV perspective to give it a more realistic feel. It is a very graphic and emotional video but it is a story that I felt was my responsibility as an artist to tell.
Where I need you is instrumental to the project. Aside from the POV shot video, we shot a cinematic-style storyline to tie in the POV shots. We set it in the future where a young child uses a virtual reality headset to access this memory of my experience at the concert, thus introducing the music video.
But I need custom LeapMotion style graphics to aid as the virtual reality aspect of the video.
It starts at 1:38 in the video (I currently have done some effects on the goggles and blacked out the TV but I have everything in green screen as well for you)
I need to create a customized virtual reality display that the kid will be interacting with. I have the specifications of what I want on screen, I just need someone to create it. The 1 year anniversary of the event is Monday and I will be releasing the video then. If you think you can possibly make this work, hit me back ASAP for the details. The song starts at 2:36. It’s a heavy listen. Take a look over all this and get back to me.
Thank you again for reading all this. I highly appreciate your time.
