Template and training

I require an After Effects template for a VR video in a fighter jet along with online training on how I can modify the template for future videos. The video is 1 min long and will stop 6 times to a still frame where the animation will occur. The animation consists of: (1)arrows pointing to a specific part of the frame; (2) zoom in on that specific area; (3) magnify that specific area and mask the background; (4) add text beside the specific area; (5) zoom back out; (6) continue the video. Repeat 5 more times. This will be a very cool project without a lot of detailed animation. Quality and easiness of the template is essential. I will pay by the hour for online training. Online training must be able to screen share and speak to me at the same time.
