Videos for our help center - Accounting skills needed

Hi,

We are an accounting software which help business owners to run their business.

I’m looking for someone who can manage the help center of our application, especially the video tutorials.


You’ll have to record in-app video to explain how to do some actions, you really need to understand « why » the final user would need to do this action. So it’s mandatory for you to have some accounting and business skills to be able to understand our users.


To sum up, you need to :

⁃ Be skilled in accounting/accounting software and understand what is the life of a business owner.

⁃ Have some skills in video recording and small editing (if you know how to do other things related to video creation/edition, please let me know).

⁃ Really like to explain things to other and be sure to be understood.

⁃ Have experience in this area (work on a help center of a SAAS company), so you can be proactive and suggest us things.
