A HIGHLY ORGANIZED Virtual Assistant from Manila required for: 1. General Administration (Excel/Word/Access/etc) 2. Personal Assistant 3. Internet Research/Posting/Reporting/etc. 4. Website marketing / running of social media; 5. Testing of websites to ensure they are working correctly. We are a small company located in Brisbane that runs a number of websites (3 in total). We are looking for someone who can do the testing of the websites, send problems through to our developers, run social media campaigns such as Facebook, as well as assist us with the day to day running of our company. Duties will very and increase in responsibility as the person gets more experience. Interviews will be conducted by Skype. Fluent English is a must. Note we will have a one month trial period, and then if the person is successful we will enter into a longer term agreement. To be considered for the job, you must meet these absolute requirements: - YOU MUST SPEAK FLUENT ENGLISH. - Proficient English writing skills. - Should be able to work 9am to 5pm – Australian Eastern Standard Time - High attention to detail - Permanent and Fast internet connection If this sounds like you, please send through a resume including references (no generic messages please). I'm charging $8 AUD/hour because I know I can deliver well. I'm currently working as a program associate for a research center in Manila, which basically translates to researcher/assistant. I report to the executive director, so everything I do, I do with a sense of urgency but still making sure every report is done precisely the way it's requested for. Downside to this: I have a full-time job, so as much as I'd like to fully commit to your company, sometimes response may take a while. However, that's a very slim chance. I write case studies most the time, so this means I am always in front of the computer and can spare some time to do administrative work. Below is part of my CV.
