We're looking for a Virtual Assistant to manage orders and respond to customers' queries. If suitable, we are looking at employing Full-Time personnel for this job.
- Process orders via transferring customer data into our database (Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet)
- Enter notes into the database (when appropriate) based on certain guidelines
- Reply to customers' queries with standard template replies as and when necessary
- Submit Brief Daily Report and complete other data entry related tasks as assigned
Requirements for the project:
- Experience with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Good grammar and a high attention to detail
- Not necessary to have prior experience
