Virtual Assistant With Website Design Experince Needed

I am looking for a bidder who will work very closely with me in bidding for projects on freelance sites and work as an admin assistant as well. My business is diversified and due to which I don't get enough time to bid on the projects and i need someone to assist me with this Work time is flexible and need to work in parts during the day as projects come all throughout the day. Preferred is someone who can work in the night US time and late evening US time. Skill Set Needed ============ 1. You need to have very strong command on English 2. You should be able to understand client requirement and post proposal accordingly. We do have standard templates but then you should be able to customize them as per what client wants. For example if client says I need a logo designed for my pet shop, then you must be able to customized your response to revolve your proposal around what client wants 3. VERY IMPORTANT ...My current business is Audio Transcription Service / Logo & Graphic Designing / Article Writing and thus you should have understanding of what per audio hour rate is or what is a psd logo file or what do you mean by SEO articles etc. 4. Please be honest when you are submitting your proposals since as of now I am not looking for a new person as I am not in a position to train anybody on this. You should have understanding of the points that I have mentioned in number 3 above. 5. Please note you don't need to do Audio Transcription Service / Logo & Graphic Designing / Article Writing / Website designing but you should understand what client means when they talk about it. I already have my team of specialists who are working on these Pay ==== Pay will be a per month pay and a sales incentive for every project awarded. Sales incentive is only on first time award. For repeat orders there is no incentive.
