Aweber Opt In Form

I want my aweber opt in forms to look professional. I want somebody that can create 3 aweber forms - Normal inline form - Small side bar form - Exit pop up form I will give you a picture that you can use and directions for the back ground and button ## Deliverables I have attached the current 'blank' aweber forms that I am using.? I would like you to create 3 professional looking forms to? add to my site. I would like the foms to look like an updated version of the below like <[login to view URL]> Inline form. Can you please use one of the DVD pics that I have attached and create a form that includes.? ? - the photo - The same text in the original 'inline form' but using a better font and coloured text. - The buttom should keep the original text but be coloured and use a better font -The background, I DON'T want the background to be one solid colour.?
