BlueBlob Hello there, I am not a native but my experience around the practice of mindfulness is quite vast. I began 4 to 5 years ago, after reading Thich Nhat Hanh's book "The Miracle of Mindfulness". It was as if an entire new universe had opened up to me, that I had been walking over ignorantly all my life. To the day, I consciously practice mindfulness and I strive to increase my concentration as much as possible.
