58665 Simple monthly HTML updates

I have 3-4 web maintenance jobs that come in for some monthly newsmagazines which need to be posted by a certain date. They are simple jobs that can be done by someone with minimal html and graphics skills, but your spelling, accuracy and checking your own work are VERY important. I will only be spot-checking your work after the first 1-2 cycles. PDFs of the pages needed are posted on the website on or before a date, there are 2-3 workdays to do the work, and they need to go live by another date. Some jobs require retyping 1/2 a page from pdf into html - don't ask me why but the site owners just can't send text. 2-3 of the jobs will entail the following (1 starts on the 28th of the month and must be posted by the 1st, another starts on the 12th and must be posted by the 15th, the last is a new job and the date is to be determined yet): 1. Opening approx. 30 pdf pages (1 page ea) to see the title and author name 2. Typing the title and author name into an index page and linking to the pdf so that the pdf opens in a new window ("target=_blank"). 3. Re-typing a monthly calendar from a pdf onto the home page. 4. Taking an 8.5x11" pdf cover photo, reducing, optimizing and saving it to an approx. 225x300 pixel jpeg, and putting it onto the home page with a 1-2 sentence summary of the first article. 5. Copying and naming the prior month's home page as index-(LASTMONTH).html and naming the new month's home page that you created in steps 3 and 4 as index-(THISMONTH).html, and PUTting all the pages to the server. 6. Checking your work for spelling and errors and clicking all the links to be sure they are accurate and that all pdf's open in a new window. 7. Notifying me that the work has been done. Total time for EACH of these jobs is always less than 2 hours. 1 of the jobs will entail the following starting on the 12th of the month and must be posted before the 15th: 1. Opening 1 pdf file and re-typing 1/2 of a single-spaced page of text onto a new html page. This is a monthly column that is published in a newsmagazine and the column needs to be copied and posted to the web. 2. Typing the name of the article on one sub-index "Columns" page. 3. Typing the name of the article on the home page with a 1-2 sentence summary of the article. 4. Checking your work for spelling and errors and clicking the new links to be sure they are accurate. 5. Notifying me that the work has been done. Total time for this job is always less than 30 minutes. This is a long-term job (1 year or more) that must be done on schedule no matter what. After the first 1-2 cycles I will only be spot-checking the work. You will receive a small bonus each month that the site owner gives me NO corrections.
