48268 Template For Freelance Website

Hello I am posting this project again because I was highly disappointed last time. Please do not bid unless you seriously want to complete this work for me. I require a single, simple template for a website that will be powered by the Freelancers script. No Flash, just straightforward html/js, plus a few static images. I want just one template that I can use for the home and the inner pages. It should have the same layout as Scriptlance (top header, top nav bar, left side bar and footer, but please don't copy anything directly from here. You must be familiar with the Freelancers script. The template should be designed for it, and I will need instructions as to how to integrate your template with the script. You will not need to actually do the integration - I will. I do not want to alter the standard script files anymore than is necessary. It would be best if your design could be integrated via just the [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] files, without having to change any other html/cgi files. Please demonstrate that you are familiar with the script by indicating via the pmb which files would need to change with your template design. Thank you.
