Web Based Radio Station

I want to form a web based radio station. Shoutcast is an acceptable solution for streaming. Winamp is fine for playing. I want a central VPS so that each of the DJs can go in and run their show centrally. Some shows will be live and some will be recorded. You need to know how to organize and set all this up in the best manner. I can be of no technical help. I also want a web page where people go so that they can listen to the station. On the web page we will have a profile of each DJ and a section for sponsors – i..e This DJ is sponsored by: X Ltd and we show their logo / address whatever. The sponsor will pay me through Paypal, I will pay the DJ. The winner of the project will be expected to teach each DJ how to get into the VPS and how to run their software to make the show work. I will also need other on going support and maintenance so this is not a one off project. The winner will be expected to produce and organize everything. This is the second posting of this project as the winner of the first has not fully delivered.
