migrate from joomla 1.5 VM 1.5 to Joomla 2.5 VM 2.5 with template

I have a web shop on the platform J 1.5.20 / VM 1.1.5 We will populate the page with a lot of products. After that we want to migrate the page to newer version of Joomla 2.5 and VM 2.5. Because of the migration we would also need a new template for the store, that needs to be more professional. The usage and functionality of some of the modules/programs is mandatory, like akeeba backup, e-mail subscribing, module for listing featured items, module for showing banners and products/pictures... Mandatory is the working of the standalone program for changing the prices, that currently works with vm 1.1.5. If the DB of VM is the same in both versions, the program should work also, but will check with developer. We will award the job based on the template prewiew of the site. We will leave the design to you. You can also create new logo if it will suit the needs of the new template, but it has to be to our likings. The template can be one of the free/modified templates, but it needs to be fresh and in the context of the store.
