Simple html css task

Hi see the attachments.
What I need are three clean html pages which I can use locally running on my computer. I will need to be able to edit all the colors of the heders and buttons using css. All the text in the headers and the text next to a screenshot of the powerpoint presentation need to be editable. I will add the screenshots of the powerpoint presentations myself. The logo at the top will be replaced by myself as well. So im looking for a sort of a html frame with css options. Think you can handle this please send a pm. I need it to be exactly the same.
