Develop & Design a Web Site including server side

Hello, We are looking for a talented and creative web designer and builder that will be able to provide us with the perfect web site. The web site we are looking to build should have the following elements and might have some more as developed: 1. Building the back-end server infrastructure that will hold the main database and all needed aspects on top of it including the logic that we will provide as part of the design document. The database version / model can be discussed to see what will be the best solution for our needs. The developer will also need to create the database (with our help and in designing the needed tables / views / etc.). The backend server MUST be developed in Java. 2. The web site should be developed using a responsive design so it will be automatically fitted into mobile devices as well. 3. Login using either Facebook account or locally created account. 4. Integration with main social networks. e.g. facebook, foursquare and twitter. 5. New and innovative deign - we are looking to have a innovative design that will be attractive to all range of people ages. 6. The web site should include the basic things as : about us page, legal, etc. 7. Easy and very well based access for the website owners to add / remove / modify the web content. 8. The server side should provide an API for native mobile application that will be developed in a later stage. It's important that the freelancer will be able to create the needed API for us for future use. 9. The web site should also include maps integration, meaning that as part of the web site login the web site users will be able to make "posts" that will be placed on a map according to their location that will be determined by their browser / GPS (in case they are using a mobile device to access the web site) Important notes - 1. communication ! we are looking to get updates every second day on the project progress and easy way of communicating with our freelancer (preferred way for us will be Skype meetings but we are flexible) 2. Server side logic - the server will have some logic that will be needed in order to support the web site functionality. A full design document will be provided over a Skype interview.
