Search 30 quality website templates for me [urgent]

Hello,

I need 20-30 quality (!) websites templates for a new homepage-builder service.

They should cover all usual website topics like cooking, gardening, IT, familiy, gaming, personal homepage, holiday, health, webmaster, marriage, school etc etc and so on.

They should be simple, but professional. They should be without frames and their general markup structure should be similiar.

Example of a simple structure I like: [login to view URL] -> so choose (really) simple nes!

If you can get me whitelabelled templates(without a branding, copyright link), let me know. I will pay you a bonus and also the person who did make the template if required.

The task is quite urgent and should be done in 72 hours from now, better earlier.

Be aware that I take very close attention to proper licence! Please don't steal templates!
