Synopsis A website that can receive image files by email, allow the site admins to review the image and if approved, add the image to an auction on the website. Each time a new auction item is added to the website, an email alert is sent to a subscriber list to provide them with details about the new image and inviting them to bid. The auction should proceed like normal online auctions, however the image will have two prices. Syndicated use price which is fixed and an exclusive use price, which can be bid on. The auction time will be very quick, often just a few hours. Additional information attached. Must have auction site experience.
