We need to convert our website from OSCommerce to an E-Commerce solution site that is more evolved.

-We want this to be simple and fast which means: we will make ourselves available, but you must an professionnal and extremely knowledgeable of the solution you will recommend.

-Platform selected must be optimized for multi site - we own 25 domain names.

-Please use same background and logo, but your recommended template for the upgrade of [login to view URL]

-We expect items to be migrated: exported from OSCommerce right from the start and the file must be provided to us as we will update descriptions and review every items so that the new site has the latest and most precise data

-Items will show MAP pricing for anonymous persons browsing our site

-User must provide credentials to see their discounted price

-Payment with paypal

-Shipment APIs (UPS, Fedex, USPS/Canada Post confirmed working)

-Friendly URLs

-Layered filtering

-Car & Performance website ** This involves an advanced car selector

-The version of your solution and your DB must be recent and stable

-Fully operational and well presented site

-Bug free

Basically, this a simple conversion, done by a professionnal that is also an expert in his field. You will have to activate functionnalities within your solution, add plugins certainly, as we expect our ouline site to look great and work amazingly well, but what's required here is simple, when you know your stuff!

You must be available during Eastern Standard Time, as the person that will be testing and guiding you through the completion of this site will be working from 9 to 5 EST.

3 weeks project, we expect this project to be your priority, just like it is ours.

In order to be respectful towards the web developer we will hire, ,we thought the following method would also be honest with us:

25% up front

55% upon approved delivery (10 days testing period required)

20% once there as been no bug detected for 2 months
