I'm looking for someone to create a quote widget on my wordpress website and connect this to a supplier of mine, via an API.

I will provide the API integration instructions separately on email.

Create form that submits 6 fields via API using HTML and JS. Code examples and document provided. Pretty simple set up. Needs to deliver fields securely and receive token back. All explained in API document. Takes approx 1-2 hours with design.

Using Wordpress so you can integrate with existing form plugin.

You will have to design it in a way that it looks nice on my Wordpress website and it must fit in with my current website style. This will be a simple design as i have an example of what i'm looking for.

Please make sure there are validations - for required fields on the quote tool.

It must also be responsive for mobile and tablet.

This quote widget is step 1 of the purchase path (on my website) and will connect to step 2 (on my suppliers website) - so this will seem like and seamless customer journey.

Your experience with API integration and wordpress is absolutely necessary for this task.
