Hi, I'm a full stack web developer and have a good know in cloud computing & blockhain. I can help you to build this blockchain explorer platform. I propose to use expressJS as the backend and Redis as Database. The idea to make this happen is to record all the incoming transaction into a database (in this case will be using redis) and do calculation on how much this address has balance left, etc base on this data. So every incoming tx will need to decode and record it directly into db. In this case you will need a good cloud infrastructure.
