Build a website with database

Hello, We are looking for a web design service to help us build our own website. We currently have a website here ([login to view URL]), but we need to add more functions/features and make the website more comprehensive and intelligent. We want to add/build the following features: 1. Students’ portal: customer can register and manage their own account, pay the bill/refund online, register class, report absence and schedule makeup classes, contact our office, receive announcement, 2. teachers’ portal: check his/her account info. Check his/her instant students list, check instant class schedule, enter/modify class attendance, report issues to office, add comments to each student, assign class levels to students; report/modify hours and attendances. 3. office management portal Basic function: monitor student and teacher’s status, generate email from templates, contact each party automatically or manually. Update school status, e.g., upload pictures to website gallery, post announcement to website, etc. A. manage registered students: assign/change teacher to specific student; assign/change student’s class level; generate renew invoice auto/manual, indexing students based on various criteria, e.g., age, class level, teacher, etc.; Contact specific group of students B. Manage prospective students: assign trial class+teacher, check feedback and further follow up with prospective students. C. Manage teachers: check teacher status, update teacher’s schedule, students list, teacher evaluation, materials checkout/in list. Generate teacher timesheet. 3. Manager portal: overlook all settings and all portals, e.g., check student levels, teacher’s comments for each student, etc. All these features should somewhat synced together, e.g., modify one place will update other places, e.g., assign one teacher for a specific student, then inside student account, student can see who is current teacher, inside teacher account, teacher can see updated student list and student status changes Could you please give us a quote?
