Content Author/ Content Developer

Content Author Job Description The successful content author will be required to perform production activities for supporting creation of web pages in Sitecore content management system. This includes uploading content choosing the correct modules and assuring the quality control of content, images, videos and other files. The content author will be highly attentive to detail and passionate about maintaining the organization and integrity of web content management system and its contents. The right candidate isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and populate content to meet a deadline. Responsibilities: * Build pages leveraging existing CMS templates and components * Populate webpages based on information provided - as specified in the word document received from stakeholder/editor * Collaborate with content stakeholders, designers and approvers to ensure content is published on time * Content that will be uploaded are (but not limited to) images, copy, metadata, specs, pdf’s, videos * Familiarity with metatags, page description, key words, titles, descriptions and images. * Be professional, confident and enthusiastic; Qualifications * Bachelors degree * 1 or 2 year of relevant work experience * Familiarity with sitecore or another CMS is prefered * Experience with data entry * Client facing skills * Keen attention to detail * Team player * Strong written and verbal communication
