create quiz website application (classic ASP)

We want a quiz website created. The design of the site can be basic. We will provide a logo. The web application should be written in classic ASP with a SQL Server back-end.
We should be able to enter unlimited quizzes into the database. Key functionality includes:
* A Homepage that shows available quizzes (quiz headline and corresponding image)
* Each quiz will start with a welcome page, and then after clicking a Continue button, users would see each question of the quiz. After selecting an answer and clicking a button to continue, the user would be told whether the answer they selected is correct or not.
* We will need an Admin site created where we would be able to enter the quiz content (the main quiz details like quiz name and image, as well as the corresponding quiz questions and answers).
* The admin site would also allow entry of the HTML to use for banner ads on the site
We can provide a detailed Requirements Document upon request, but would ask for you to sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) before we provide.
