Help Me Build My E-Commerce Affiliate Marketing Website

It's a project for people who like fun interactive activities to help unwind. You don't have to be a pro, and i'd rather you not be (only for price reasons). ALTHOUGH, you HAVE to be able to provide what i'm requesting. I want to streamline my learning while building the website ideas i have. This is one of my projects that is an e-commerce store that NEEDS to be able to gather the prices of common items, like toys, and only display the lowest price from a pool of trusted affiliate sources. If you wanted to get your kid the best toy, you'd want to know where to get it for the best price, right? I'll admit, I don't know too much about coding, but i know enough. I know HTML, CSS, & a little Javascript. And that's exactly ALL i'll be using to create this website, because i am sill learning. I don't want to overwhelm myself too soon learning other languages before i have a good grasp on these, and i'm sure my websites can be created , on some aspect, with little to no use of too much else that would deter from the overall focus of this project (to help me learn and make some of my old ideas, while getting help from someone who can definitely help me on the specific things i'd like my website to do to achieve an amazing customer experience.) So here's a short list of things i'd need you to be comfortable on/have: - (Basic) HTML, CSS, & Javascript understanding (i'm not too keen on any js library yet). - eCommerce website building experience (preferred, but not required). - The knowledge of how to gather specific information across the web so it can be utilized in code. (required) - The knowledge of how to allow users to purchase items on my site, in their cart, from a different website and have it successfully shipped to them. (required) Talk to me and let me know why you think your price is justified. But, just to let you know, This isn't some crazy project that deserves a huge budget, i just want help making code that works. Even though i'll need your help it will just be like a consulting / tutor deal. I'll ask you questions while i'm building my site and i expect you to help me, while only providing any real "hands-on" help (via GitHub) when it comes to the two things i specifically asked for regarding website functionality .
