Hi, We accidentally deleted several products and more importantly this deleted the product reviews. We have got the server support team to restore an old database with the reviews and products showing correctly. We have re-added the SKU's that we require, We need you to use the backup database and add the reviews that were deleted. We do not want the whole site restored from the backup as this would result in loss of orders and new customer accounts as the site has been live. We just need the SKU's that lost the reviews to be added. Let us know how long this will take and how long the site will be down for. Hopefully this is simple and pretty quick.
