Modification of Existing Photorater script to requirements

This project is for a website that is similar to HotOrNot, except that it is going to be a text(let's call it TIDBIT) instead of pictures. If you have visited Hotornot, users rate every picture on a scale of 1-10. Here, instead, the user clicks on four buttons (let's have it as Button-A, button-B, button-C and 'Report Spam' ) Another difference is that in HotOrNot, registered members can post pictures (and everytime it needs to be approved). Instead, in my website, users can post "any number" of TIDBITS as required. -------------------------------- WHAT'S REQUIRED: I already have the script to a photo-rater website (similar to HotOrNot). I need bidders for making modifications to that script to my requirements. Here are the modifications required: 1) The input in every page is in the drop down menu (1-10). That is to be replaced by the 4 buttons. 2) The member's area has to be modified in such a way that all the TIDBITS that has been posted by the user till date needs to be listed along with a statistic of how many clicks each of the button received for that particular question. You may refer to the attached image to understad what I mean. 3) The HotOrNot website has a search feature on the left that allows you to choose the age, sex etc of the profiles. Instead, in this website, the member posts only every TIDBITS under a particular category. The user may only choose the category, and all the random TIDBITs that appear need to be from this particular category. If nothing is chosen, one random TIDBIT is shown from among all the categories. 4) In HotorNot, Once the user rates a picture, when the next picture loads, this rated picture, along with rating appears on the sidebar. This is to be modified, and the TIDBIT text needs to appear on the sidebar and the statistic for the number of times each of the four buttons is clicked needs to be displayed below the TIDBIT 5) If a member is logged in, and is visiting the homepage, then he should not be displayed TIDBITS that he has submitted. PLEASE NOTE: The Photo-rater script I have does not allow members to rate the same picture twice.
