Need help uploading bulk apparel images - and organizing image on the website

Looking for a freelance designer that can (1) organize content on our website for us (2) update all editable content in our Magento theme where required (3) experienced in organizing and uploading apparel images on websites in a professional, appealing and attractive way for customers (4) help/suggest source "stock images" to compliment our site and our brand (5) change all border colors for our website to our company colors (6) be our go to person for future work when needed in the maintenance of our site (7) demonstrate leadership and the ability to oversea the effective deployment of our website that will help us attract customers and grow our online business. NOTE: We already have a template in mind that we would like to use (URL: [login to view URL]). It is already uploaded to our site. However, we are not web designers and nor do we know the best way to layout out content to make it attractive, organized and fluid. We are open to suggestions and really are looking to build a great relationship with the right freelance designer for a long term strategic partnership in the maintenance and future development of the site. But first thing is first. We want to get help with organzing the site for a great initial launch. If you are not skilled in graphic design (i.e. Photoshop, AI, etc). You must also be creative and have a solid understanding and experience in marketing/advertising to help us deliver an incredible finished store front with our template.
