IDEA: To creat an online Laundary System, where the customers are able to:
• Register themselves online
• Order a schedule to collect their clothes
• Arrange a delivery date + time
• Pay online
Client register himself online or via Mobile Application with following Informations:
- User Name
- Mobile Number (Verification Required) [one mobile per user, which means no one is able to register this number after verification. To do this he have to contact the customer care center]
- Email Address (Verification Required) [one Email per user, which means no one is able to register this Email after verification. To do this he have to contact the customer care center]
- Address (Location Service) after the System locate the customer, he is able to modify the located address to make it more specific
- The customer have the option to have more than one location
- Payment Method:
1- The customer have to provide his profile with his credit card information. Those will be stored under his Profile, to make it easy to pay. He is also able to add or remove Credit cards.
2- He could pay cash upon pickup
After Registration is completed, the client receives a bonus of a certain Amount to be used, that means his account will be debited with money, which is useable within one month after registration is completed.
We have different Areas, each Area have a pickup service van. This van works 3 shifts (08:00-12:00 + 14:00-18:00 + 20:00-24:00) A – B – C. his visits are organized through the system. He have a route to visit, either to collect or to deliver.
When a client order the service, the system will enter into the driver schedule, and search to the nearest date and time available to proceed with the service. Now the customer have the option to choose between the available times.
Once he made his choice, he have to enter what services he needs, Wash, Wash and Iron, Iron, Dry Clean, Dry Clean and Iron etc.
Now he will choose what he will send, Shirt, Trouser, Jacket etc.
After that he have to choose the delivery date and time according to the same concept.
After that he go to the pay options and once he completed this, he will receive 2 notifications, one over Email with details of his order, the bill, and confirmation about the pickup and delivery time. The other over sms, with his order number, total payed and pick up time.
Now the system enter those information’s into the driver schedule and the Sales.
Once the driver arrives at the client location, and collected the items, the customer receives a confirmation that the items are collected.
The customer is able to track his order from that time, he can see that the items:
- Arrived at the laundry
- Under process
- Finished and ready to deliver
24 Hours before delivery, the customer receives a deliver notification, with the date and time of delivery.
After the delivery, the customer is able to rate the service, for that we will receive also a bonus.
The customer have an online support 24/7 over live chatting. He also could reach the customer service over mail, or order a call back.
We need from the system reports, daily, weekly, monthly, quarter and yearly.
We also offers a VIP Express Service.
With this service, each customer can order upon to his time schedule a pickup and delivery time, this will go to the VIP service team. This service is extra payed.
