I will provide you with a domain name and the names of our 5 employees. You need to buy the domain, setup the DNS according to my instructions and setup a google apps (Gsuite) account and set up email accounts for the 5 employees. There is no need to build a website (Just forward the URL with DNS settings to an existing site) You must pay for the URL and Google apps with your own credit card. URL will cost you $12 per year on godaddy. google apps for 5 employees will cost you $25 per month. We pay Upfront $40 to cover these costs and we pay $30 per month for you to be the admin of our URL and email. We may ask you to do some DNS changes or email setup admin work, but no more than 1 hour of work per month. If more work is needed than we pay $15 per every extra hour of work. In your bid please confirm that you are experienced with google Gsuites (google apps) email setup and some basic DNS setup. You must bid $70 to get this project. All extra hourly work will be paid on a separate project later.
