Redesign + Markup of [login to view URL]

I am the owner and creator of MaskedArmory.com. It is an anonymous World of Warcraft armory profiler. The current design is about 5 years old and is in desperate need of an update. I am NOT wanting to support mobile devices as I am using libraries that won't support mobile anyways, so I just want to ensure that the responsive design works for normal laptop/desktop screen size breakpoints.

So, I am looking to maintain the dark theme that I have on the website with an accent color that will differ based on the expansion. I will need to be able to change these colors quite easily for each expansion, so your CSS work should include color variables that can be easily changed. Insofar as the layout, I am looking for Bootstrap at the base and would like to maintain the sidebar for navigation on the armory page with the user being able to shrink the sidebar just down to icons if need be.

The amount of work involved is literally the home page and then the armory page, which has different elements that are shown/hidden depending on the navigation.
