I would like to hire a Website Designer

I am looking for a designer that can build my small business website. I already have a logo. The business is called GenSuccess and is a motivation business. I want to be able to set appointments and sale a few products. I also would like to have membership section. The Cover Page will have the navigation bar which will include: About, Clients, Products, Events, Español, Media, and Terms and Conditions. Also on the cover page will have contact information with a link to a form to send an email and company phone number. A video box that is a feed from YouTube, Twitter feed and Events coming up. Each page of the website will include a link to make appointments (I have a company that I will use), Social Media links with theirs logos (YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and email registration for a newsletter (I also have a company for the newsletter), easy to use picture gallery and a way to share the page (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, email or print). The About section will have a drop down menu with company description and talent. Talent will have a picture and bio of the team. The Client section will have a drop down menu with the following: Corporate, Personal, non-Profit. Each section will have a description of services. The Product section will have a drop down menu with the following: Podcast, Blog, YouTube, Group Membership, Coaching, Group Training, Key Note Speaker, Membership, and Organization Tools. Each page will have a description with a cost and a way to purchase the service through [login to view URL] The Membership needs to be set up with weekly, monthly or yearly memberships the Organization Tools will link to a purchasing store. • Weekly payments $2.00 per week • Monthly payments $5.00 per month • Yearly payments $50.00 per year. • Registration: I really don’t know too much about how to make the registration, but I would like to ask a few demographic questions and then pay according to the pay scale above. I am contemplating either Square or PayPal for payments. The Event section will take to a page with events and registration and payment information. Español section will have a small narrative of the services with links to the English pages accordingly. The Media section will link to a page for company news. The Terms and Conditions section will have a drop down menu with Privacy Policy, Terms of Services and Customer Support. Each section will take to a page with a narrative. Original and stock photography will be available for the project. I also like the large video, it gives movement and catch your attention • I also like the bold and large title which is white against a dark background. • I like that some of the cover pictures are changing as well, but I think the video is the best (Fox) • Philip Janes has the best navigation bar (on the side and letting the picture cover the entire real estate of the screen. Jeremy is a good option for navigation bar since you can read what the options are. Seven 7 navigation would be my third option. • Love the timeline schedule from Philip • Ocean theme has a great icon for the schedule and I like the large calendar for making appointments. • Ocean theme has a very engaging change of pictures on the cover • Jeremy has the video on the front, I like that as well • I like Jeremy smaller boxes with products under the large photo. I think Jeremy has the best presentation for the secondary pages. • I like the five steps to success from Ocean • Fox: I like the boxes from "who we are" as well • From Philip, I like the little icons for "Happy Customers" "countries visited" etc.
