create a website

This project is very simple, no need to brain storming and think of designing it, so note that i will not pay so much comparing to making a new website. i want you create a website [login to view URL] This is not a urgent project, so i will take my time to select the right person for the job. Web server details will be review to the successful bidder. Criteria: 1) Deadline in 7-14 days or less, after confirmation by me and selecting the right bidder. 2) All links must be WORKABLE. Including contact form, youtube,facebook etc. 3) 50% will be paid once i see 20-30% results after 3 days, must keep updating me on the progress. The rest will be paid full when everything is done and tested. 4) Company logo sample will be provided and you got to create/edit according to WHAT i send you, unless i specific you can free play with your own design idea. 5) You need not create 100% of the above website, as certain write ups, menu title or images/products i do not want to be same as them. I will provide all the information and directions for you when i confirmed. 6) Don't be surprise that in the middle of the project, i can say that you will just make a bare skeleton layout of the website only. Reasons being if your graphic/images design skills is not to my standard of viewing and taste. Then i am giving you a chance to create a the skeleton layout of the [login to view URL] the images i will ask someone to do it then. No hard feelings on this clause.
