My proposal is to create an angular js component that you can embbed in your website, train the conversation service with your q&a set and also develop a Dashboard application also in angular where you can check non-answered questions and answers that users gave good/bad feedback so you can manage knowledge corpus in watson. I have a lot of experience with the service and other ibm bluemix features.

I have some relative experience on the training and implementation of intents, entities and dialog of Watson so it will be easy to implement something I'm familiar with Relevant Skills and Experience I used Watson developer cloud specially conversation, tone analyzer and discovery services make a chatbot. I used node.js as the middleware language that connects the user interface to Bluemix.
