Create Bento (from FileMaker Pro) Customer Database/Template

I have Bento on my mac, iPhone, and iPad. I want to be able to sync Bento on all three devices so that my databases are portable and with me whenever I need them. The details are listed in the detailed section of this bid request. UPDATE NOTE TO BIDDERS: I have been told that Bento can be synced with only one device. And, I'd like to have the db still completed with the understanding that I can only sync either the iPad or iPhone ## Deliverables I have Bento on my mac, iPhone, and iPad. I want to be able to sync Bento on all three devices so that my databases are portable and with me whenever I need them. I need a contact database in Bento created that will have the following fields: Date Added/Updated Category 1 (see note below) Category 2 (see note below) Category 3 (see note below) Salutation First Name Middle Name Last Name Title Company Address 1 Address 2 City State Zip/Postal Code Country work phone mobile phone home phone fax number email website birthday notes NOTE: The category fields will use the same categories because a person can be 'tagged' in more than one category. Right now I have these in fields in the spreadsheet as Category 1, 2, and 3. If there is a better way to maybe checkbox people into one or more categories, but also be able to add categories at a later date, that would be great. This would keep me from having to limit the number of categories a person is 'tagged' in. I definitely need to be able to add additional categories. I'll need to be able to do a search and export for mailing purposes. For example, tell Bento to find anyone that is tagged as 'Pug Lover' in Category 1, Category 2, and/or Category 3. Please let me know if you need a list of current categories. If possible, I'd like to be able to import to Bento when additions are made. For example, people can register for a free download on several of my websites. I'd like to be able to export that from the online shopping cart, tag them in the appropriate categories, and then upload to Bento. I plan on exporting my LinkedIn and Plaxo contacts and uploading those to Bento also. I also want to have my FaceBook contacts added- this will have to be more of a manual process. Since I'll be uploaded contacts from multiple sources, including the current list that I have in the Excel spreadsheet, there will inevitably be duplicates. So, I will need to be able to go in and search for any duplicates and choose which record to keep. When Bento displays a database, I'd like for it to display by Last Name. I think that's it.
