Create A Simple Software !

Create a simple software and I will pay $40 for this. Plz see the attached "1.zip" file. It contains the Google search page with 100 results. I will give you 1000 such result pages (not as a zip file but as unzipped) in a folder and the software you will create will accept this folder with as input folder. Now see the attached file "Page-ABCD1234.zip" and open it and it contains an HTML file. Open the HTML file in MSFrontpage and see it as preview. On that HTML file, you will see at the top a Bidvrtiser ad-block and then 3-lines of text and then another Bidevertiser ad-block and then a Meebo chat-room and then again a Bidvertiser ad-block. Notice the above mentioned "3-lines of text", in this case it is : "Google AdWords: Keyword Tool Enter one keyword or phrase per line to see what related word searches your ad will show on. https://adwords.google.com/select/KeywordToolExternal" Plz note that this "3-lines of text" is taken from the 100 Google result page as in the "1.zip". The "3-lines of text" is the first Google result of the 100 Google results. So you can understand that in the HTML file of the "1.zip" there are 100 Google results and the software you will create, will accept 1000 such HTML files within a folder as an input folder. But with the first Google result of the "1.zip" file, the "3-lines of text" is taken and the "PageABCD1234.html" is created. (Also note that the 1st line of text from the "3-lines of text" has been made within the <title></title> tag.) So the software will create 100 HTML files, with the "3-lines of text", like the "PageABCD1234.html" and as the input folder contains 1000 such HTML files, so the software will create 100 x 1000 HTML files like the "PageABCD1234.html" file. I will choose the out-going folder (output folder) of the 100 x 1000 HTML files within the software. The above software should be able to process millions of out-going HTML files in the output folder without crashing. The software must NOT crash. Plz bid for this software and I will pay $40 for this. Thax.
