Banner rotation system for 3 blogs (own or external AdServer, Ad WordPress plugin?)

Dear developers, we have 3 WordPress blogs, where I currently display Banner advertising with the plugin AdRotate. But now, I have interested business-partners, who would like to pay for advertising with us. I need a banner rotation system, who I can: - manage the customers data (name, companies name, address, email-address, telephone no.) - manage the payment-options "Classic" and "Premium" - manage the payments of the customers with Paypal, Stripe, wire-transfer (perhaps over WooCommerce) - manage the customers URLs - manage the zones / groups / positions / campaign on our projects (perhaps with WordPress short codes) - But also we will mix the adds with Google AdSense and our affiliate-partnerships.
