I am Looking for an hourly Virtual Assistant to work for 5 hours to 10 hours a week. You can pick your own hours and days.....Please be English speaking. I am not looking for a programmer but please understand a bit about html and wordpress and being able to data entry and fill in a HTML template as well as a bit about Social media. This is Christian site so ((do not be offended by our faith and religious books on the web))... ..and we welcome anyone from anywhere to come and work with us. 1) I write weekly Blog entries on a Wordpress Blog and RSS feed feeds the post to Hootsuite.com. You need to Cross post these every week to Facebook page and to a Google Plus Page and to Twitter using [login to view URL] You add the Logos and make sure they post correctly. [login to view URL] allows you to cross post to Twitter and Facebook page and Google Plus and schedule posts. 2) You must be be able to send emails or post to to Facebook group using our Email account to post 1x week to 10 Closed Facebook groups. NOT SPAMMING but only to announce the new books for free downloads to the closed groups we are members of. 3) Currently I have 70 books that need have been uploaded to Wordpress ((70x3 =210 in mobi and epub and pdf format)) The HTML for the [login to view URL] and Html for the upload must STILL be pasted into a FRAME one at a time on a STATIC page...Sort of a copy and paste task. ((The Template is attached here)) This will be an ongoing task with 10 new books in PDF and MOBI and EPUB formats to be pasted into the frame on the Wordpress page every week as we will adding new books every week. ((We do all the EBook conversions and the Covers and uploading into the site -You just need to paste the finished Html for the book and cover onto the Static page on a wordpress frame. Sample page attached so you can see what will be needed)) 3) Be able to copy (cut and paste) book descriptions off Amazon and Barnes and/or Noble and/or Google Books and/or write 100 word descriptions yourself for 300 books. These 100 word descriptions are there to describe the books...So people know what they are downloading. Be able to select a description ot put on the book. ((These are added into the Static Frame - Sample page attached)) Other tasks as we continue on our Facebook page the google plus page and twitter page and SEO tagging inside the wordpress blog on the pages and so on. I am on skype and email and text message all day every day at my desk.
