Replicate a site with ~ 60 pages to WP generate press

The project is to replicate all the pages but blog pages from [login to view URL] to a WP generate press theme. The look and feel of the site should not be compromised All Meta tags and structured data should be replicated Content & images transfer and optimized to webp Structure of the site should be identical (all sub directories) The performance of the final product both for mobile and desktop should be above 95 (high performance is the key) No js or other types of errors Setting up redirects (to avoid duplicate content) The new site should be no index no crawl until the domain transfer is done (to avoid duplicate content) The new site should be developed locally to avoid any conflict with the current up and running site but accessible remotely to review I am trying to transfer the site from an old platform to a WP and later to a faster hosting, so if you have done it before and are savvy with WP apply.
