To assess how these might be getting added we first need to observe how/where did they manifest on the front end. These pages are due to injection of spammy links injected through plugins used into the website, I can fid these pages easily from admin side and make the no index, no follow, also block the WP with security plugin so no further injection possible. The complete process needs 3-4 days to complete also I need webmaster acces to remove these pages from webmaster permanently so these pages will delete by google crawl index.
