We have simple requirements to add some additional field to booking form for registered user . Like if I have custom field C1, C2, and customer fills this in his/her last booking, So while placing the booking, when he comes back in future We want to offer him a drop-down with all the possible C1 ,C2 unique combination value as drop down to user, along with option to add new. Open for feedback.
