WHO ARE WE? XYNRGIE Nutraceuticals EU is a 16 year old company manufacturing Sports Nutrition. We are launching our first products in March 2017 and we will be operating in several markets but mainly EU. We have an existing WordPress site and we require a professional to work on this. THE WORDPRESS SITE HAS ALREADY BEEN DESIGNED AND BUILT AND IS EXISTING IN ITS FINISHED STATE. WE DO NOT REQUIRE A NEW SITE BUILT. THIS IS A MODIFICATION, UPDATE and ONGOING CHANGES TO AN EXISTING WEB SITE. THE SITE IS CURRENTLY HOSTED BY SITEGROUND AND WE ARE LOOKING TO IMPLEMENT THE USE OF OPTIMIZEPRESS AND MAILCHIMP [or some other compatible] EMAIL MARKETING PLATFORM. DETAILS OF WORK REQUIRED: I am looking for a person who is 100% capable of working with a WordPress site, WooCommerce, Database Admin, Database Implementation. This person MUST understand how to implement/ manage the following: • Landing Pages using OptimizePress • Lead Generation: via Affiliates and through ALL Social Media platforms & Specific Landing Pages, to be designed by us • Database Management and implementation • Email MARKETING & AutoResponder • Content Management • Payment Gateway using PayPal & Credit Card • ALL the functions to operate and run an ecommerce site • Newletter & Blog execution. • Product Brochure design would be an asset but not a necessity. WORK SCHEDULE • Execute the ecommerce facility together with the customer buying process • Upload site content [this has already been written] • Upload pdf documents so these are downloadable to visitors • Implement OptimizePress • Implement MailChimp Email marketing program & AutoResponder • Link web site with ALL social media platforms • Overall site diagnostics and security issues DO NOT quote on everything as one job. I want to see how you perform on certain aspects of the work before we carry on to the next phase of work. Once I am happy with the initial work we can agree on other aspects.
