A wordpress website designed for my client

Outsourced Wordpress designs My name is Mike Hendrikse. We are an online marketing company based in South Africa. [login to view URL] Amongst the services we offer is Wordpress Webdesigns. I am considering outsourcing all or some of our wordpress design work. I am wanting fixed prices for each of these categories with defined outputs. We also need to agree on additional work such as a per page rate to add more etc. These prices need to be fixed for 12 months. Normally these designs fall into three categories: 1. A basic Wordpress website: This will be based on four landing pages. We normally write the text for this ourselves after researching common terms. An about us page. A contact us page which will have an embedded Google map of the businesses situation. We also allow the client to supply us with up to five further pages of content which we upload to the site as well. Sometimes this content comes in PDF format and needs to be converted. We also add a blog roll to the site which allows client to add posts of existing or previous work. We are normally supplied with logos in electronic formats. We require that: A google analytics and webmaster tools profile is added to our existing Google profile for the client and that automated reports are scheduled for them for the next year. All our sites are hosted on Rackspace We normally require a few plugins such as : Tweet, Like, Google Plus and share All in one SEO Anti Spam Automated Backup Contact forms Advanced search plugin Related posts plugin We take care with pages meta descriptions and keywords. We source mainly open source images and rename them with best SEO practice in mind. Sometimes clients supply their own images and they need to be cleaned up. 2. Converting website to Wordpress In these cases we are presented a website designed in either a non responsive Wordpress theme or it may be just a plain HTMl site or Joomle site etc. In this case we create a Wordpress website with a chosen responsive theme and update the look and feel to either their current corporate ID or we modernise it anyway. We pull content across and add in all the meta page descriptions etc. Sometimes we need to source new images. We add in the basic plugins. Configure Google analytics and Google webmaster. 3. E Commerce websites We do not have many enquires for these but I am quoting on one currently for an store for refurbished copiers. Here I would like to connect each sale to “Interspire Email marketer”, my preferred autoresponder email client. As part of the sales process the client needs to subscribe. I do not have much experience here so i am guided by yourselves as to which is the best shopping cart system. ___________________________ I need fixed descriptions of each service and an estimate that I can rely on for forward quoting. I am currently paying about US$ 250 for option one. Option 2 costs me US$180. Option 3 cost me $600 the last time I needed it. Much appreciate this. I need these estimates urgently as I have a number of projects about to begin.
